Just wondering...does one have to specify when u preorder that u wan't the pre release as well?

This will really cause a dilemma, spend my time on GW:NF or FFXII? I'm getting both for sure (Collectors editions too)

Depends on where you preorder from; you have to specify with gamestop as it's 5 bucks more than without it.

I am definitely getting CE, if anything just for the BOX (that's not even counting the art book (always awesome), MINI character, the music from Jeremy Soule, or the skill pins). That's probably rhe best box I've seen for all the GWs thus far.

Most of it will be on DvD. The quick refference card and maybe the mini strategy guide will be on an actual card though.

maybe i'm pessimistic but i'm not looking forward to nightfall. after the preview i was quite disappointed in the 2 new profesions. and the whole costomized heroes thing in pvp...... i mean i wanna play with ppl not designing a hench team and waching them fight.
to me that's ok for testing builds but other than that it doesn't seen too appealing.

That is extremely pessimistic.

The PvP preview only exposed a couple of arenas and 2 professions with a limited amount of skills. Which really doesn't say much about the game.

And customized henches sounds like gold to the majority.

But if that's how you feel then I won't blame you. Anet has burned many with Factions.

this is a bit offtopic, but why is proph so much better then factions?? I only own factions so i don't really know it. The only thing i know is that i probally odn't gonna buy proph because time (and money). If i buy prophecies now it will only take till 27 october before i want to play nightfall. And i don't think i have completed prophecies that fast and i wont have enough money for GW:N anymore

It looks like they'll be skipping the Halloween event this year, maybe. I know everyone will be busy and focusing on NF around that time.

I doubt they'd skip Halloween for a game called "Nightfall".

Still, it'd be nice to see an Elona themed halloween party, not the same stuff from the first one...
